Metabolic RDs offers insurance-based and concierge services for metabolic nutrition counseling. They provide personalized nutrition plans backed by science and medical research to treat various conditions and help achieve long-term health goals.
What can I expect during the initial consultation?
The initial appointment lasts 60-90 minutes. During this session, a thorough assessment of your medical history, lifestyle behaviors, and goals will be conducted. Together with your dietitian, you'll create short-term and long-term goals for sustainable success
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, Metabolic RDs accepts most major insurance provider plans. If your plan includes coverage for nutrition counseling, you may be able to meet with a Registered Dietitian and have your appointments covered by your insurance.

LivingPlateRX is a state-of-the-art, customizable meal planning software that Metabolic RDs partners with. You can ask your RD about how to access yours during your visit.
What's the difference between a Registered Dietitian and a Health Coach/Nutritionist?
Registered Dietitians (RDs) have more extensive education and credentials, including a bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition, 1200 hours of supervised practice, and passing a national board exam. RDs can provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to manage and treat medical conditions.
How often should I schedule follow-up appointments?
Consistent sessions, either weekly or bi-weekly, are important for creating and achieving success. The frequency of follow-ups will be tailored to your individual needs.
